Investors in People Bronze award for Broadgate Mainland

In its first ever IIP (Investors in People) assessment Broadgate Mainland exceeded the requirements of the core IIP standard and was awarded the prestigious Bronze standard. Of the 21,000 organisations recognised by IIP just 9.5 per cent receive a bronze, silver or gold award.

IIP is the UK’s leading people management standard and is awarded to well-run organisations that demonstrate good management practice with a high emphasis on best practice, people management and development. It is based upon  on-site staff interviews by an external assessor.
